Customer Acknowledgement

Customer Privacy Policy

The Stylus Company is dedicated to keeping the Customer’s details private. Any information collected in relation to the Customer is kept strictly secured. The Stylus Company does not pass on, sell or swap any details with anyone. The information is only used to identify orders.

The Stylus Company uses cookies to allow the Customer to login to their account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items. Cookies sent to your computer from The Stylus Company only last while you are browsing our website. The Stylus Company does not store persistent cookies on the Customer’s computer.

The Stylus Company does not keep a record of the Customer’s IP address except where information is provided, in which case the IP address is recorded for security purposes only i.e. stored along with a transaction number that allows for order tracking.

Delivery of Goods
We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of Customers orders, however please note that delivery times are estimates only and The Stylus Company shall not be liable for delays; we do not offer tracking, registered or express post services unless otherwise specified.
The Customer is responsible for making sure The Stylus Company has the correct shipping address. During the ordering process, the Customer will have the opportunity to specify a different shipping address. The Stylus Company can amend shipping addresses up to 12 hours after the order has been placed, but cannot be held liable for incorrect address details after this time.
