Q: How much is shipping?
A: For Australian residents, shipping for all orders over $50 in value is FREE (except for large volume orders exceeding 1kg). Express post is optional and incurrs the standard Australia Post charge. International orders are charged based on weight and desitination using Australia Post international Services. We ship via ordinary Australia Post which we find to be inexpensive and reliable. For orders under $50, shipping costs start at $2.95.
Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: We keep stock of the majority of the items on our site and normally your order will be dispatched 12 – 72 hours after payment has been made. You will receive an automatically generated emailing stating this. This email does not contain tracking information. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock we'll contact you with an estimated delivery time and also suggest optional products if available.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: Payments can be made with either PayPal or credit card using the eWay payment system. We also offer a Direct Deposit option, our bank details revealed on check-out, and your order will ship as soon as your deposit has reached our bank account.
Q: Where are orders dispatched?
A: All orders are dispatched from Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast, Australia.
Q: Does TSC have a storefront?
A: Yes, our storefront is wherever you are! (But seriously, no, we don't)
Q: Am I able to track my order?
A: Tracking is only available to Australian residents who have selected express post for shipping. There is no tracking available for international orders. You acknowledge this information by agreeing to our terms and conditions when placing your order.
Q: How long does domestic shipping take?
A: Express post takes 1 – 2 business days. Standard post (surface mail) take 3 – 7 business days.
Q: How long does international shipping take?
A: All international shipping takes 7 – 15 business days. South American orders may take up to 30 days.
Q: What happens if my order doesn’t arrive within the shipping time stated above?
A: If your order has not arrived after 10 days from receiving your shipping notification, please contact us (20 days for international orders)!
Q: What happens if my unit breaks or is damaged?
A: If your unit stops working due to manufacturers fault within 2 weeks of receiving it, TSC will replace it free of charge under the proviso that the faulty unit is shipped back to us. TSC will not replace units that have been damaged due to user fault. TSC maintains the final decision on if a replacement is issued or not.
