Warranty and Support
We act as a retailer and only ship products that are new and unopened as delivered from our warehouse or direct to you by the manufacturer or a distributor, unless clearly described otherwise. We do not warrant the products we supply other than the warranty provided by the supplier and the liabilities and obligations incumbent on us by United States Consumer law. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us and we will remedy any faulty products at our discretion, including providing spare parts, repair or replacement as we see fit, and in a manner suitable to the specific nature of the fault.
The Customer must return the product to us at the Customers expense in the event of a fault if asked to do so for the purposes of us providing the remedy. The cost of sending parts, or returning remedied or replacement product to The Customer is our responsibility.
